Professional invoices are created in seconds. Batch your invoices together or invoice separately. You can even email the invoices automatically to your customers. Easily lookup previous invoice batches and review, reprint or email.
Towline can integrate directly into Moneyworks, MYOB & Xero Accounting Systems. As soon as an invoice is created it is posted directly into your accounting package. We are always looking for other accounting packages to integrate with so talk to us about your requirements.
Detailed revenue reports are available and can be arranged by Customer, Allocation Type, Driver or Truck Type. Fleet Lists and Driver reports are also available. Keep track of vehicle registrations, driver licences and DA licences.
Every job is issued its own unique number, from booking to invoicing it has the same number. A powerful search tool is provided allowing you to search for jobs using many different parameters.
Towline keeps everything organised. Just like a manual paper filing system, each job keeps all your documents together. Attach PDF documents and photos to each job and you can even share the documents to your driver! Copy a transport purchase order into Towline and your driver can see the original document. Great if they need more information out in the field.
